Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of 25% of full payment will be charged during low season.

A cancellation fee of 100% of full payment will be charged d uring high season.

Late Check-out Policy

Late departure by request only, subject to availability at an additional charge to the account. (R100.00 / Hour)

Children Policy

No Children under the age of 12 years.

No children in the spa areas under the age of 16 during spa hours.

After spa hour only with supervision of a parent at pool.

No children under the age of 16 allowed in sauna or using cardio vascular equipment at any time.

If any special request or additions in-house service (spa) is required, it must be booked prior to arrival. Highly recommended to avoid disappointment.

Smoking Policy:

All rooms and in door public areas are non-smoking facilities except the smokers lounge on the restaurant level.
